FAQ

Questions

Do I need to meet anyone or get on a call?

No. Everything happens online: you pay, fill in one setup form, and we build it. If you'd like to talk, you can always message us, but you never have to.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. We set everything up for you. Day to day, you just check your dashboard and tap a few buttons, the same as any phone app.

How long does setup take?

Usually about a week from when you send us your details. Professional plans get priority setup.

Can my staff log in?

Yes. Staff can see bookings, customers and the roster, but only the owner can change prices, hours and business settings.

Are the invoices proper tax invoices?

Yes. If you're registered for GST they're labelled "Tax invoice" and show your ABN, the GST amount and the total including GST.

I already have a website. Can I still use Unison?

Yes. The booking form can be added to most websites, including Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace and Wix, and it blends in with your design.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. You can export your customer list before you go.
